i'm gonna get me some culture

Well. It's official. I'm going to central europe! woo hoo!
Thus far, it's only be in theory and looking up airfare, etc. so i haven't wanted to get my hopes up or anything. But my manager ok'd it and we finally worked out when all 3 of us can go. AND now that the tickets are booked, there's no turning back. So central Europe, here i come! :)

I'll be going with 2 other gals. (friends of friends...which is potentially weird but it should be alright). At least we've all agreed that we're not going to any hostels or backpacking. We'll be gone for like 11 days and visiting Prague (czech republic), Krakow (poland), Budapest (hungary), Vienna (austria) and Frankfurt (germany...to see dayna of course!). So if you have any suggestions for what to do or where to stay in any of those places, let me know! Next, we'll have to book hotels, train pass, figure out what to do, etc. this is so exciting! we leave March 30, so it's actually pretty soon! yikes!

oh yeah...i guess this post title could also refer to going to Swan Lake this sunday (yeah...i know it's the super bowl. but i didn't know when i got the tickets!!). my very first ballet...hope i don't fall asleep! =P
